Job Description:

1. Legal Research
2. Providing daily/ regular updates regarding Legal/Statutory Compliances applicable to CPF’s day-to-day business
3. Providing/updating the Legal Department with the latest case laws and their applicability to our business
4. Providing updated information regarding laws (especially laws related to Food Industry, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, IPR, Transport, ESI, PF, Labor, Minimum Wages, GST etc.)
5. Making various Approvals for the other Departments
6. Exclusively handling Agreements sent to the Corporate office from various branches in India, including getting them signed by BU heads as well as their maintenance and safeguarding.
7. Any other task which may be assigned/added from time to time for the smooth functioning of Legal Department.
