Job Title: Legal Head and Senior Legal Associate

Eligibility:

Legal Head:

• LLB degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Good drafting skills, Deep knowledge, and understanding of the IP Laws, excellent legal research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Preference will be given to the candidates who have prior experience in IP

Senior Legal Associate:

• LLB degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Good drafting skills, Deep knowledge, and understanding of the IP Laws, excellent legal research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Preference will be given to the candidates who have prior experience in IP

Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic IP advice and opinions
• Portfolio Management
• Contributing for IP conflict management and resolution
• Drafting legal notices, opinions, and reports
• Performing any other IP and legal activities

Remuneration: For Legal Head – 40,000-50,000/- and for Senior Legal Associate – 30,000-40,000/-
