Job Description:

• Board meeting documentation (collation of all updated contracts, compliances, and financials for board document)
• Ongoing ROC statutory filings (change of directors, filing of financial statements, auditor appointment, digital signatures)
• RBI filings (statutory yearly filings)
• Contracts review (review with legal counsel in India/USA and the corporate insurance team)
• Support closure of legal entities
• Preparation, drafting and implementation of the procurement policy for the office
