Job Description : The work shall involve research and writing in the areas of arbitration and commercial law. The candidate shall directly report to Mr. Sonal Kumar Singh, Managing Partner, AKS Partners and Mr Anish Jaipuriar, Partner and shall be required to work in tandem with them for research and writing on various issues

Eligibility :

• 2022 graduating batch
• Willing to travel to Delhi if required, subject to Covid protocols
• Must have excellent research, analytical and writing skills. Candidates with publications will be preferred
•  Ability to indulge in critical discussions on subjects of importance
• Prior knowledge, research, and writing experience in arbitration/commercial law shall be a plus.
• An inclination towards arbitration law and commercial law shall be an added advantage
