• 2021 graduates
• Must have excellent research, analytical and writing skills. Candidates with publications will be preferred
• Ability to indulge in critical discussions on subjects of importance
• Prior knowledge, research, and writing experience in arbitration/commercial law shall be a plus.
• An inclination towards arbitration law and commercial law shall be an added advantage

Job Description : The work shall involve research and writing in the areas of arbitration and commercial law. The position shall be contractual and shall extend for a period of 6 months. On the completion of 6 months, the contract may be renewed for another term of 6 months depending upon the performance of the candidate during the tenure. The candidate shall directly report to Mr. Sonal Kumar Singh, Managing Partner, AKS Partners and Mr Anish Jaipuriar, Partner and shall be required to work in tandem with them for research and writing on various issues.
