Job Title: Intern
Job Description: Students will be required to work on a project to map land acquisition litigation in Maharashtra under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. As a part of internship, students will be expected to read and analyse orders and judgments (under the old and new Land Acquisition Acts). Interns will also be required to assist with research on land acquisition in general, as and when the need arises.

Start Date: 15th September, 2019
Duration: 45 days (duration of the internship may be extended based on the requirement of the project).
Stipend: A basic stipend will be paid.
Deadline: 5 pm on the 9th of September, 2019.
