Description: 

The candidate who is intended for developing career in financial sector with legal team.

1. Working on white paper released by RBI, SEBI and financial regulatory bodies.
2. Working in collaboration with all empanelled Advocates & solicitors and assist them.
3. Preparing cases documents and communicate the same to empanelled Advocates & solicitors.
4. Appeared in various Lok Adalats including National Lok Adalats as Representative of the bank.
5. Handling the legal matters arising out of Bank Recovery Proceedings in various forums like Civil Courts, DRT, Arbitral Tribunal etc.
6. Maintenance of MIS and periodical reports in excel through liasoning with empanelled advocates of the Bank and assisting in settlement of NPA cases through legal process.
7. Dealing with various court officials, District Magistrate office etc. In order to expedite timely resolution of legal matters.
8. Have been examined & cross-examined during proceeding on oath.
9. Preparing case documents and communicate the same to empanelled Advocates & solicitors.
10. Working in collaboration with all empanelled Advocates & solicitors and assist them.
11. Co-operating and assisting with Receivers appointed by various Courts & Tribunals to recover and/or take possession of assets of defaulter customer.
12. Reviewing the orders passed by the LD. Forum, Courts and taking necessary steps Issuing legal notices to defaulting borrowers and ensuring compliances.
13. Monitoring customer payment in current (live) cycle, keeping a check on NPA accounts and informing customers about the impact of defaults.
14. Filing cases under section156(3), 406 & 420 IPC 1860 and FIR on behalf of the organization in eligible cases and following-up with the police officials.
15. Representing Organization in arbitration proceedings, taking necessary steps on behalf of the bank and filing execution of Arbitration Awards & defending cases as per section 34 of arbitration cases.
16. Preparing monthly MIS reports of cases , following-up with empanelled advocates, conducting due diligence check on the advocates quarterly and submitting the detailed report to organization.
17. De-paneling advocates basis the negative due diligence check, empanelling fresh advocates to the organization after conducting proper due diligence checks as per internal policies
18. Clearing bills submitted by advocate, scheduling tours to locations for following-up of cases, branches and advocates
19. Responsible Service of summons, Warrant and Arbitration Execution attachment warrant.
20. Responsible for collection and recovery through legal action in coordination with the collections team.
